Cost Quotes and Control. We itemize your costs so there are no questions or surprises. We outline all of the standard and optional features to take the guess-work out of it for you. There are three main factors that contribute to cost: lot, house and site improvements. Site Inspection & Pre-Construction Meeting. Before breaking ground, a Price Custom Homes professional will meet with you and the construction specialist on your lot, prior to home construction so proper placement of your beautiful new home is achieved. Yet another meeting is scheduled with you just before beginning construction to go over last minute details.

Home Construction. We are there every step of the way throughout home construction. We personally oversee every project and are available for consultation at any point in time.
